A total content production transformation

Before Turtl, life at Peoplesafe looked pretty different. Their solo designer, Charlie Taylor, created and maintained all their content. The heavily designer-dependent production process caused bottlenecks in every department. What’s more, no one at Peoplesafe realized the PDFs being fired out would never weave gold: where were the analytics? Had anyone opened, read or even enjoyed what they received?

Peoplesafe had also pivoted from in-person events to digital marketing channels to drive growth – but there was a problem. Their content production didn’t evolve alongside this shift. They needed a serious tech stack revamp to keep pace with their new and improved marketing motion.

The story changed when interim Marketing Director, Kelvin Downer, joined the Peoplesafe team. A long-time Turtl advocate, he knew the platform could improve business operations – and results.
