How OneAdvanced raised the stakes for their flagship report

OneAdvanced's Annual Trends report has always been a cornerstone of their marketing calendar. But for its 10th edition, the team decided to raise the stakes.

A one-size-fits-all approach wasn't going to cut it for a business spanning nine distinct sectors, each with its own pressures, priorities, and buying dynamics. They needed content that could speak to each sector, at scale, and without adding to the production load.

Turtl made it possible.

 

A linchpin asset with limitations

 

Pre-Turtl, the OneAdvanced Annual Trends report delivered real substance – but the format was holding back its full potential.

One report, nine sectors: A single asset couldn't reflect the breadth of OneAdvanced's market, spanning healthcare, legal, education and more. Sector-specific prospects previously received a catch-all document – diluting relevance, reducing engagement, and leaving commercial value on the table. A sector‑specific supplement followed later, but only as an add‑on.

Limited audience insights: Limited distribution provided analytical challenges. Without engagement data showing who was reading, how deeply, or which accounts were showing intent, the content to commercial connection was surface level.

Creative bottlenecks: Producing tailored sector versions would have meant spiralling design time and cost, tying the creative team in content production, with little capacity left for higher-impact work. Scaling the report – without scaling the workload – felt out of reach.
