GENERAL
What is Turtl?
Turtl is the Revenue Content Platform built for ABM and B2B revenue teams. It gives marketing teams the content, personalization, and account-level analytics they need to engage target accounts and prove content's impact on pipeline and revenue. Teams use Turtl to build branded content experiences, personalize them for specific accounts and buying groups at scale, and track engagement at the contact and account level through built-in revenue analytics. Hatch, Turtl's AI Revenue Agent, powers the full workflow from generating first drafts to surfacing which accounts are most engaged and recommending next actions.
What ABM formats does Turtl support?
Turtl supports three content formats, all designed for account-based programs with revenue tracking built in.
Turtl Docs are interactive digital documents purpose-built for B2B buying journeys. Used for whitepapers, proposals, reports, and campaign assets, every Turtl Doc includes full engagement tracking at the page, section, and account level.
PDF Publishing lets you publish, share, and measure PDFs within the Turtl platform. You get the same first-party analytics as Turtl Docs, so you can see exactly which contacts and accounts engage with your PDFs, how long they spend on each section, and what drives action.
Landing Pages are account-specific pages built for ABM campaigns. Personalize by account, industry, or buying group, and capture engagement data that maps directly to your CRM records and pipeline.
All three formats feed into the same analytics and attribution engine, giving you a unified view of how content performs across your target account list.

Why the name Turtl?
The leatherback turtle has been known to dive as far as a kilometer down towards the seabed, slowing their heart rate in the process. At these depths, the turtles are ill-equipped to hunt effectively. So why do they go there?
According to researchers, this behavior is rooted in reconnaissance. These depths are where jellyfish go to hide from the heat of the day. Leatherback turtles dive down to learn where in the wide expanse of the sea they can expect their next meal to emerge.
This behavior mirrors certain principles underpinning how we read. We have an easy time at the surface of magazines or books, where we skim and surf through titles and headings to locate something relevant to us. To learn more about the topic of interest, we dive in, immersing ourselves in the story.
Just as the leatherback turtle navigates, Turtl leads readers through content levels, providing a deeper reading experience that results in greater insights and value.
Who can I contact if I have a question?

PRODUCT FEATURES
Is Turtl mobile-friendly?
Turtl content is fully responsive and optimized for mobile and tablet, as well as desktop. A mobile view is available in the editor to see how your creations transpose before you publish.
Where can Turtl content be published?
Turtl content can be published across every channel where your target accounts are active, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, your website, and account-specific landing pages. Every piece of content has its own unique URL. Social cards and GIFs are auto-generated to support distribution. For ABM campaigns, content can be personalized per account before publishing, so each account receives a version built specifically for them.
Can I host Turtl content on my website?
Yes. An embed code is generated automatically in the Share tools of any published Turtl content. You can embed content on website pages, including account-specific landing pages, and customize the size and appearance. Reader engagement data from embedded content feeds directly into Turtl analytics and your connected CRM.
How does Turtl work with SEO?
Turtl content can be crawled and indexed by search engines and optimized for search (H1s, keyword research etc.) While they are discoverable and play a role in maximizing reader engagement, they shouldn’t take the place of traditional content types. Instead, used alongside your blogs and web pages, they aid in delivering a coherent user journey. Think lead generation from longform content, downloadable assets and more detailed analytics on readers.
Can I use Turtl with my CRM system?
Yes. Turtl integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot, as well as ABM platforms including 6sense and Demandbase. These integrations let you map content engagement directly to account records in your CRM, track how contacts within target accounts interact with your content, and connect content performance to pipeline and closed revenue. For ABM programs, account-level engagement signals from Turtl sit alongside your existing intent data in a single view.
Can I use Turtl in multiple languages?
Yes. Turtl supports multiple languages and includes AI-powered translation so you can localize content quickly for global account lists. If you're running ABM programs across multiple markets, you can produce localized, account-specific versions of the same content without rebuilding from scratch. If a language you need is not yet available, our support team can help you get it added.
How do I ensure brand consistency?
Turtl maintains brand consistency across all content, including personalized account versions. Your brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, layouts, and logos, are built into the platform. When you personalize content for individual accounts or buying groups, the brand framework stays locked while only the account-specific elements change. Hatch AI creates and personalizes content within your approved brand parameters, so every account receives content that looks consistent regardless of how many versions you produce.
Can Turtl content be viewed while offline?
Yes! Your readers can continue to enjoy your content while offline.
All you need to do is navigate to the “Contents” button in the Turtl editor (usually located in the top left of your view) and toggle on the “Available offline” option at the bottom of the menu.

DATA AND ANALYTICS
How do I measure the performance of my content?
Turtl gives you content analytics at the contact, account, and aggregate level. For ABM programs, account-level reporting shows which target accounts are engaging with your content, which contacts within those accounts are reading, how deeply they're reading, and which assets are driving the most pipeline activity. You can track performance over time to understand what's resonating with your target accounts and use those signals to inform your next round of outreach.
What data can I collect from Turtl ?
Turtl collects detailed engagement data across all your content. For ABM and revenue programs, the most valuable data sits at the account and contact level: which target accounts are engaging, which contacts within an account have read specific content, how long they spent on each section, what they clicked, and whether they converted. Data can be analyzed at the reader, document, or account level. Raw data is exportable in CSV format, and analytics integrate directly with your CRM so engagement signals map to your account records.
How up-to-date is the data?
Turtl analytics are all collected and processed by our own engine. Between an event occurring and data showing up in our dashboards, there is a lag of up to 10 minutes after the read occurs. All data can be seen and filtered within the app, summaries can be downloaded in Excel format, and raw data can be downloaded as CSV if you want to do your own processing/number crunching.
Do you offer any analytics integrations?
We support the ability to send analytics events to a customer’s own backend in real-time. We expose a number of different events within Turtl content for this purpose. This is done as a bespoke piece of work as requirements can differ wildly between customers. Customers typically use this to send important metrics to their main analytics store. We are able to fire custom events after certain metrics have been reached e.g. if a reader has read at least 5 pages for a duration of at least 3 minutes, we could fire an “Engaged read” event to your backend.
Can I see which sections of content perform best?
Yes. Turtl breaks down performance by section, so you can see exactly what content is holding attention and what is being skipped within each account's engagement. For ABM programs, this tells you which topics resonate with specific accounts or verticals, so you can improve content for future outreach and build more relevant assets for the accounts that matter most.
