                The costs of document production are influenced by the type of document, how long it takes to produce and who is involved in its production. This can also vary depending on whether this is done in-house or by an agency.

                To properly execute branded documents in-house – typically research reports, brochures, eBooks, and guides – you’ll need a team of specialists who know how to write and design high-quality documents. The main cost we’ve taken into consideration is the salary costs of these individuals and how long it takes them to produce each type of document.

                Organizations often use agencies and contractors to help with document production. This is usually a fixed cost which will vary depending on the scope of work involved. The number and frequency of documents is the other that has been taken into account.

                For documents produced by client-facing teams, such as proposals or QBR documents, the determining factor is the size of the team, the number of documents each team member produces, and how long it takes to produce each one. The above can be expressed as a formula:
