What are my payment method options?
You can use a credit card to pay for Turtl, or you can choose to pay by invoice. Payments are billed annually and in advance, either in British pound sterling or US dollars.
Can I update our Turtl plan at any time?
Turtl licenses are annual subscriptions, so there’s a minimum commitment of a year. If you need additional features, you can update your plan at any time. To discuss changes to your subscription, contact the customer success team.

What personal data is held by Turtl?
Turtl processes personal data on your behalf in line with the processing obligations under our license agreement. This includes any personal data that you elect to include in your Turtl Docs and/or any non-anonymized analytics data generated for the purpose of measuring the performance of your Turtl Docs. Turtl may also process personal data as a controller (for example, when administering user login details) which shall be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure?
All data is held in databases hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin, Ireland (eu-west-1). All data at rest is encrypted with AES256 and keys are managed through Amazon KMS. Encrypted backups are taken regularly and stored securely according to our retention schedule. Learn more about our security policies.
Does Turtl integrate with 3rd party apps?
Turtl documents can be connected with a range of applications in your tech stack. You can make your documents interactive with third party charting tools, videos, chatbots and social sharing for example. Turtl also integrates with leading CRM and marketing automation systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Eloqua.
