Connect your 6sense account in Turtl's Integrations Hub using your API credentials. Choose the segments you want to personalize for, map dynamic tokens to firmographic or behavioral data fields, and generate personalized Docs. There are no CSV uploads and no manual routing - segments flow directly into Turtl. Start simple with company name, add industry and persona as your program matures, and layer in profile scoring and page rules when you're ready to go advanced.

2. What's the difference between Dynamic Personalization and the standard 6sense integration?

The standard integration is a deliberate workflow: import 6sense segments, generate personalized Docs in bulk, distribute via CSV. Dynamic Personalization works automatically in the background. The moment a visitor opens a Turtl Doc, 6sense identifies the account and the content adapts in real time - even if that visitor is completely anonymous. One you run on demand; the other runs itself.

3. Which Turtl plan do I need?

The standard 6sense integration is available across Turtl plans. For Dynamic Personalization, you'll need account reveal credits - either through your existing 6sense API or via your Turtl plan's token allocation. Grow AI and Scale AI customers get unlimited usage. Adopt AI customers have a monthly soft limit. One token covers both account reveal and Dynamic Personalization simultaneously, so there's no double spend.

4. What happens if a visitor's account isn't identified?

Turtl displays the content using the default values you've set in the personalization form. Readers always see a complete, coherent experience - nothing breaks, it just isn't tailored to their specific account.

5. What 6sense data attributes can I use for personalization?

You can use any company-level field from the 6sense Company Details API - including account name, industry, employee count, revenue range, buying stage, and persona.
