This document sets out the third party software used by Turtl to deliver its services divided into two sections: Core Third Party Software and Optional Third Party Software. The former is a list of components used to deliver the core of our service, while the latter is a list of external components which can be integrated by the customer to extend their usage of the platform.

Core Third Party Software

The following third parties are used to deliver the core Turtl application:

Hevo https://hevodata.com/ Data extraction and loading.
Intercom https://www.intercom.com User analytics, support desk and knowledge base services.
MongoDB https://mongodb.com/ Database services.
OpenAI https://openai.com/ Artificial intelligence engine used solely as part of the add-on service to convert PDFs.
Postmark https://postmarkapp.com Application email.
Rollbar https://rollbar.com Client-side error reporting and diagnosis.
