LEAD GENERATION TEST

These Turtl License Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are entered into between the customer (“Customer”) named in the Turtl Order Form (the “Order Form”) and Turtl, Inc. with its registered office at Corporation Trust Center 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, New Castle, DE 19801 (“Turtl”). Turtl and Customer agree these Terms and Conditions together with all the Documentation and the Order Form represent the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between the parties with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement.

All terms capitalized but not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Order Form.
